Pregnancy, childbirth and parenting
Providing trauma-informed care and support during pregnancy, birth and parenting as both a doula and a parenting practitioner. I hold qualifications in Early Years, Playwork and trauma-informed doula education, and I am a Childhood Practitioner in the Thrive Approach (attachment theory, neuroscience and child development).
Leading community networks for organisations across the charity sector. I convene the Girls' Rights Collective UK, a UK-wide network for organisations and academics working in the girls' sector in collaboration with Plan International UK.
I offer 1:1 virtual mentoring sessions for professionals seeking a new or more aligned role in the charity and non-profit sector. Sessions are bespoke to each person, often focusing on values, purpose, application writing and interviewing, networking and communication skills.
